A friend has just upgraded his OS from win98 to win98se and has encountered
a couple of problems.

1. When he does a shutdown the pc re-boots.
2. The Windows tour page continually appears even after unchecking the 'dont
show this again box'
3. He has the 'welcome to windows' message to enter a username and password
which isnt needed - he wants to remove it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Joe
